Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must be allowed to hold your Roblox and Discord accounts under their own rules. You are responsible for activity under your linked accounts and for keeping them secure.

2. Acceptable use

When using the portal you agree to:

• provide accurate information and not impersonate other members;
• not share or guess attendance codes for events you did not attend, and not attempt to manipulate balances;
• not use the portal to harass, defraud or harm others.

3. Singularit

Singularit is an internal record of service within the community. It has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and may be granted, charged or revoked by admins.

4. Admin authority

Admins can manage members, events, ranks and balances. Every admin action is logged, and admin decisions are final within the portal.

5. Suspension

Memberships may be removed at any time if these terms are broken or continued access is impractical.

6. Availability

The portal is provided as is, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or end at any time.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the portal, including loss of Singularit, data or standing.

8. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes update the date above; continued use means you accept the revised terms.
