Singularity
Privacy Policy
Last updated Oct 6, 2026
This policy explains what Singularity's command portal collects when you use it, how that information is used and the choices you have. By signing in you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run your membership:
- Sign-in data from Roblox or Discord: your account ID, username, display name and avatar.
- Membership data: your display name, role, linked accounts, Singularit balance and lifetime earnings.
- Activity data: events you joined, Singularit you received or spent, bonuses and the reasons admins record for adjustments.
- Technical data: a session cookie, your language and time zone preferences, and standard server logs used for security and debugging.
2. How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, keep your linked accounts on one membership, record attendance, maintain the Singularit ledger, show ranks and leaderboards, and protect the portal from abuse.
3. Cookies
We set a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a short-lived cookie that protects the sign-in flow, and cookies that remember your language and time zone. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
4. Who can see your data
Other members can see your display name, avatar, rank, Singularit totals and the events you attended. Your transaction history is visible only to you and to admins. If the portal posts announcements to Discord, event results and promotions may appear there. We never sell personal information.
5. Third-party services
Signing in relies on Roblox and Discord, and avatars are loaded from their image servers. When you use them you are also subject to their privacy policies.
6. Retention
Your data is kept while your membership is active. When an admin deletes a member, the profile, linked accounts, sessions, attendance and transactions are removed. Admin audit entries keep the display name that was shown at the time.
7. Your choices
You can sign out on every device, unlink an account as long as one stays linked, or ask an admin to correct or delete your membership.
8. Children
The portal is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact an admin so the membership can be removed.
9. Contact
